About
Nick Miaritis is Executive Vice President and Chief Brand Officer of The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company, the leading marketer of branded consumer lawn and garden products in North America.
In this executive leadership role, Nick oversees the company's portfolio of category-leading brands—including Scotts, Miracle-Gro, Ortho, and Tomcat—and leads the enterprise's brand, growth, media, creative, social, digital, and e-commerce functions. He is responsible for accelerating growth, expanding consumer demand, and shaping how the company's brands win in today's rapidly changing media and commerce landscape.
Prior to joining ScottsMiracle-Gro, Nick served as Global Chief Client Officer at VaynerMedia, one of the world's largest independent advertising agencies. Joining the firm in 2018, he led global client partnerships and helped scale the agency's integrated capabilities across creative, media, strategy, analytics, production, and commerce. He was instrumental in advancing VaynerMedia's industry-leading approach to social-first marketing, helping many of the world's most recognized brands modernize their marketing organizations and deepen connections with consumers.
Before VaynerMedia, Nick spent 12 years at Saatchi & Saatchi, working globally across marquee brands and leading teams behind some of the most iconic campaigns in modern advertising, including the Cannes Grand Prix-winning "It's a Tide Ad" Super Bowl campaign and Miller High Life's "One Second Ad."
Beyond his corporate leadership responsibilities, Nick is an entrepreneur, investor, and advisor focused on businesses operating at the intersection of commerce, technology, and culture. He is the co-founder of FleetWit and serves as an advisor to Prizeout.
Nick is also a practitioner and creator, actively operating in the same attention ecosystem he helps brands navigate. As "The Omelette King," he has built a viral food brand with 367,000 followers and billions of views across platforms, with his content featured by Food Network, Tasty, ESPN, and BuzzFeed—giving him firsthand insight into what earns attention and drives engagement at scale.
He serves on the Board of Directors of The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company and Sprints Running Company.
